pulley shouldnt have anything to do with smog as far as i know

With a good tune you shouldnt have issues passing smog at all

I have a tuned Steig stage IV with a ported TB/Plenum, 2.93 upper/4lb lower, etc.

Passed with flying colors with a stock mid-pipe.

But yeah OP you need to find a different smog shop to go to. There's a spot I go to down folsom blvd but I can't remember where it was exactly.

go to autotech or autotek cant remember the spelling. its off north antelope near the pick n pull. hes a cool dude and its a no pass no pay
