So I've got a 93 lincoln and I want to swap to the 96 to 98 cobra intake and still pass smog. I beleve the only way to do the swap legit is to get my motor certified as a cobra motor through a smog ref. Any Input?

id say to try and find a c.a.r.b number and take it with you to the smog

just swap the parts and maintain all vacuum connections and make it look stock.

you don't need to provide, or explain anything to the smog tech, it's a ford part for ford part replacement swap, there's nothing to do with smog in any of it as long as you keep all the vacuum lines doing the same functions and the egr is still hooked up.
