We get a train in everyday here and we put them on a pad or up on a door to unload. These fools drive around the tracks once or twice and find a trailer that has a roll-up door so they won't have to get out and open the doors.

I always tell the slackers, I'm glad they aren't doctors they would have been sued for malpractice and I wish they were cops cause I know they wouldn't want to give tickets.

I'm a union worker and proud of it.. U should be happy that we set the standard for u rats to get paid.. My UNION job has paid for a good life for me.. First off wannabe tough union rep.
I was a union worker for years here at my company. I got out of it temporarily to do some management stuff here since it pays more... Pretty soon I'll be getting back into it since I have the option. My family is full of union workers so I don't bash on the idea of it, only on lazy fucks that abuse it!!!

Not a Union fan either. When you try to fire the lazy ones they file a grievance against you because they suck. "We protect our brothers" Is what they use against you. Well why did you send your lazy brother to try and work for me, thanks a lot.
I think they just protect the weak and bring the country down. I've seen many many many lazy Union workers and continue to watch them every day regretfully. I think they used to be good then the system got corrupted like everything else. I hope your pensions are going to be there and all those Union dues are doing something for y'all.
I'll take MY money and do something with it, not them with my money. Who do you trust with YOUR money?

I agree with people who dislike bosses who sit around and at the end of the day take credit for the hard work you've put in.. this use to happen to me until.. I put my boss in her place! of course in a professional manner.

my company used to be union and it was great, until they stopped helping us, instead of fighting for us they wer screwing us in medical for the company. Union is great only if u got a good union representitive, ours fell rapidly.

My pops is union and he busts his ass but the union protects the lazy fuckers.. At my work the union is garbage, I'm constantly having to deal with lazy pieces of shit who show up to work only when they want to and then I have to baby sit them, so to some it looks like management just stands around but really were baby sitting grown ass men who act like little ass bitches.. Now I'm not against the union like I said my dad is union and a lot of other people I know who bust their asses are union, but they just shouldn't save these suckers all the time.. there are plenty of people outta work who want to come and work hard but instead there is no open positions cause we got these shitheads still employed..
