im surprised san jose is coming in at #18, i would of thought it would be worse, so i can't even imagine what its like in the higher rate cities or towns...either way FU*K thieves...

I hate f*ckin thieving mofo's. Instead of a slap on the wrist if our system cut off finger for the first offense and two the second time. I wonder if it would cut down on this shit or if bunch of fools would be walking around with stumps for hands? Just a thought.

L.A. was #23 article had a link that broke it down by state, stated that CA and the west coast is high cause a lot of the cars end up south of the border or on container ships to asia definitely doesn't help that CA has a ton of gang members and the fact that VC 10851 is treated like a joke.
