interenet is very good tool that has all kinds of facts believe it or notlol. it depends on the site and the source. thats why i wanted you to look for yourself so you can find information on a site YOU TRUST.

You guys seriously think Mayweather is SCARED to fight PacMan or any other boxer? I don't even like Mayweather or PacMan, if i had to choose between both i will go with PacMan (he is very humble and has heart).

I guess the rumor part goes both ways with Pacman too.

I believe this fight is gonna make a lot of money. And the reason is cause he's actually fighting somebody worth watching. Ortiz is a good up and coming fighter who has the potential to be a great fighter. However i dont think he has the experiance to beat Mayweather.

I just don't believe Bob Arum as a source. I stated, "I read", to make it clear its not a statement of fact.

I like to read stuff and use logic to come to my own conclusions. Reality is they can afford to pay PBF 30-40 mil because Ortiz will most likely make 3-4mil, and that will be Ortiz's biggest paycheck ever.
On a side note. Mayweather was once promoted by Arum. He biught out of his contract for a couple of mil and went on to make over a 120 mil when he would still been under Bob Arum control. Arum hates Mayweather because he lost out on a lot of money.
Arum likes to fight his fighters against his own fighters that way he still has the belts and the champions. There is a lot more I can still say about Arum but I am typing on my phone. But really wont make matches just to Fuck over other promoters. He is as dirty as Don King in my book.

So if pac was to make 60mil and Bob gets his 10%. (I think he really gets like 22% or 27%). Bob makes 6mil and risk losing his biggest money maker.
Option 2
Pac makes 4O mil (bob makes 4mil) and his oppent Makes 10mil (bob makes 1mil) and no matter what Bob is left with a champion and future cash cow. So Bob Arum is sacrificing a little money now to make a shit load more later.

His little tactics just blew up in his face with Juanma and Gamboa.

you do make a good point but from what ive read from espn and so fourth, they have(arum and pacman camp) tried to get this fight going but the mayweather camp is the one that is silent and non responsive multiple times. as much as your theory makes sense, theres no doubt arum has already tried to get this fight going so idk who else to blame except the the mayweather camp themselves.

Last year Bob Arum had a live radio count down giving Mayweather a count down to sign a fight with Pac. Of course they never heard a word from Mahweather. The very next day they had a fight signed with Margrito. Arum clearly used the whole thing as a promotional tool. They don't put whole fights together in one day. A week later mayweather said he was on vacation with his family and no one ever even approached him for a fight. Later on Arum admitted he never spoke to anyone from the mayweather camp but spoke to someone from hbo.
Mayweather is the undefeated champion. Its Bob Arums job to make it seem like his boxer is the best. If you can't beat him the next best thing is having everyone think the champion is scared of your guy.
I read lots of articles on why this fight hasn't happened. It all depends on the arthur on who his to blame. There is lots of money to be made, but some one is going to lose out on a lot of future money.
If mayweather loses, he loses his biggest marketing tool. His golden record.
if Pac takes the test and loses he will go down as a cheater who won everything because of steroids, hand picked oppents, and weight draining oppents to win alphabet bets.

Personally, I believe Pac is using PEDs. I have watched boxing my whole life and remember when I was a big Pac fans before he got crazy famous. He couldn't even clean out his own division in the lower weight class of 122/130. Morals beat him and juan marques (well we know about him). Then I am supposed to believe he is able to jump all these weight classes and not lose. Just use logic. Its like baseball, you have players hitting 12-16HR for a couple of years and the they start roping 30-40HR. I don't need a drug test to see what's goin on.

It is all about pacquiao not accepting drug testing...he will not do drug testing under the us anti doping protocol...he want to do testing under his own protocol...that is it...simple...Take the test...

They don't have cutoff dates in the olympics. It is suppose to be unlimited testing all the way up to the fight...

Facts: Pacquiao agreed to testing, but didn't agreed to the testing PROTOCOL!... even while agreeing to a 14 day cut off he refused to have wada administer the test he wanted the Las Vegas athletic commission...the commission has never done that type of testing and has no protocol for it...so in FACT pacquiao never agreed to testing in order to fight Mayweather...mosley did and ortiz has...and another fact for you the 14 day deadline was off the table after the first negotiations fell through and only after the second negotiations did pacquiao even consider it...now the only option is complete Olympic testing up until the day of the fight...which pacquiao still has not agreed to...Here are the complete facts so you a little more educated and can give a better more informed response...

i have never read anything about manny not agreeing to taking testing under wadas protocal. if you have info on that, i would like to see it.

mosleys testing cut off date was 18 days before the fight. mannys willing to go 14 days before the fight. on top of that, mosley is a known "cheater" and yet, mayweather was still ok to fight him given the 18 test day cut off. boxing has their own steroid tests. its not like its manny's testing, its the boxing commissions testiing. you make it sound as though its his rules which it is not. mayweather is the one making up his own rules by going with wada, which manny has said yes to already given the 14 test day cut off. if Floyd was ok with that agreement when the first negotiations fell through, why not have the same? on top of that, now he wants even more moneyWTF?!! why is he always changing it up always asking for more and more!

Reads ESPN's latest Mayweather article and it will explain in detail that the reason the two side can't agree is due to testing protocol...and as far as the wada thing u would have to look through articles dating back before the second round of negotiations...fight hype has a lot of info though...now what mosley received as far as testing was not based on negotiations but based on what wada did which is there protocol...and as far as money Mayweather has not once asked for more than a 50-50 spilt...as far as boxing steroids testing goes all they require is two scheduled piss test...and if you fight in Texas u will only be tested if they reasonable suspicion...and a piss test will not pick up many of the peds currently being used...it is very simple if manny agree to the same testing protocol as ortiz and mosley there will be a fight...if he doesn't there will never be one...

I just got a PM from N8 and he said even all his Filipino folks are seeing through Pacquio's B.S. and that Mosley threw the last fight for Bob Arum.
