The original carb for an '85 HO is a Holley 4180C. It's basically a 4160 but with a different metering block (doesn't have idle mixture screws in the block). The mixture screws are in the throttle plate and plugged to prevent people from messing with them.

ive used the one off a 351 truck motor with a four barrel, its almost the same 4180 carb except the linkage is a little different.

U can use a regular 4160 and just use the fuel bowls off the original nobody will even notice the mixture screws are on the metering block of the new carb. They will just see the vent tubes on the fuel bowls and think its legit. Did this with my parents 84 and it passed time and time again. If you found a nos carb expect to spend $. When I used to sell auto parts a garbage reman carb was $750. Don't forget to re use the little Ford metal I.d. tag that's held on by one of the fuel bowl screws.

BTW if u want a pretty good rebuild on the stock one check out re-carb-co in Pittsburgh.

Ive seen a few of those at pick-n-pull too. They come on some of the carb'd trucks of that era also.Might be no better than yours though.
