These new neighbors of mine have the little "wild" kids. ages 3, 6 and 7. They are out there this evening riding little bikes and the girl,6 has a metal stick in her hand and it beating the shit out of out her dads truck. Her dad sees her doing but doesn't give a crap because he's too busy with his son kicking a soccer ball into the mom's car for rebounds. All this while the 3yr old is running in the middle of the street. I already had a talk with him about his boys throwing rocks/trash in my backyard since my dog is out there quite a bit. I have nice cars and I dont want them scratched, dented, crawled on. Any ideas? They have me all stressed out over protecting my property from them and I dont want any retaliation.

put a few cameras up over your garage, front door and back yard. you can get a system for cheap!

or you can get peeps.........

+1 on the camera idea. You can pick up a cheap system that will record everything going on out front and you'll have video if they hit your car.

I would get some cameras just in case they do vandalize your property. Nothing worse than your shit getting messed up without knowing how it happened. If you continue to find these kids throwing rocks into your yard, I would warn your neighbor one last time. If that doesn't work, then call the cops and let them know that they are a nuisance and are endangering you and your family by randomly throwing rocks into your backyard.. also let the cops know that you had informed their parents that it had been an issue before and their parents are well aware of what has been going on.

The problem are the parents of these kids..correct?

Deal with them to get it resolved...kids are innocent bystanders because they are not being supervised...

verbal request then written request...get pics of the rug rats vandalising...video if possible...document everything. if isht goes down (property damage) all you can do is take them to civil court...prove to the judge you made a verbal request, then written request (noting that you made reasonable attempts to squash it) then in court, slam your neighbor with pics and videos of the toddlers rugrattery to sway the judge...u may win, u may not...but it increases your chances...

damn shame people dont have common sense nowadays...especially someone you live next to

What 68stanger posted was obviously a joke. What you posted is not so clearly a joke. Killing a neighbor's cat with a bb gun is pretty common and fucked up, so not out of the realm of possibilities. Killing the neighbor's kids because they fucked with your car is obviously NOT common, so it's completely OUT of the realm of possibilities. Given your terrible spelling and grammar, it's easy to peg you as a cat shooting type.

Seems like a lot of people now a days have no educate at all don't know how to be around neighbors have across the street neighbor who continues to do weired stuff like play catch with his kid and use my house as a back stop and when I here thuds on my house I run out see what's going on I scream get the hell off my property the father looks at me like I'm the crazy one or when he decides he wants to get drunk I find him banging against my fence teasing my dog so my dog goes apeshit and when I confront him he says I don't know why your dog barking ( paisa voice ) and also let's his kids ride their bikes up my drive way and down it with my cars parked there I'm so tempted to whoop this dudes Assbut I have to live here and I own my house as does he so no one is moving soon and last week he had parked his truck on tof of a tree limb pyle that I have on the street in front of my rental property for city pick up and is only in front of my rental he decides to park his truck on top of the pile heres the pic

Also warned my tenate / friend about him cuz he lives next door and now he doing weird shit to him it's like this guys asking for an asswhoopin but like the OP I don't want retaliation I have more to lose and have kids and a wife to look out for I feel sorry for the wife she seems sweet
