so yesterday i got a toll ticket, this was on dumbardon bridged, this was on my subaru outback. i was with the wife at the time and i payed the toll and i always wait for the digital sign to say paid before i take off, which it did and i got a fucking ticket that said i did not pay? what can i do cause i'm not paying $30 for something i did not do wrong. also i use the correct toll line not the carpool one.

When you receive your bill in the mail it will have a section for explanation for violation. I have had to do this more than once. There was a line where you can enter your Fastrak account #. I think you can register up to 5 vehicles for 1 transponder. Check out the website.

They got me for the same bs that's why I always ask for a receipt now. The only thing you can do is write a dispute letter to the address they give you. Good luck

Damn that sucks I guess I'm lucky kuz I leave as soon as I give them the money, sometimes it doesn't say "paid" yet lol

Thanks guys I will write a dispute letter and see what happens, my dad mention that also the booth where u pay there is a camera there so he said to asked for a pic review of me paying.

Wow that sucks that happened to me before also but since then I always wait for it to say paid but I didn't know you could ask for a receipt I'm going to do that from now on so I don't get screwed again
