that's one of Kurgan's cars...he's the same guy who tunes mine and StreakMatt's cars...really knowledgeable..

the swap is a lot cheaper than you would think..

the full turnkey engine is less than $7,000 and the computer/wiring harness are now made by a few kit makers which are just over $1,000 as well...

My friend Jay from Norcal motorsports is doing one of these Coyote swaps in a 68 convertible and it's going to be about $15,000 grand wrapped in al lthe parts needed but that is a fully running car with 6 speed, brakes, suspension..etc...

not bad considering how much it would cost to "terminate" your car...

oh and that is a 4-cylinder swap...FYI

I think in a few years these motors will be way more plentiful and this swap will be much cheaper and easier.This is our answer to all the LSX hype.

These motors are definitely bad@ss, but there is definitely no hype when it comes to LSX's, you already know that the hype is true LOL... But Yes, I love the coyote motor!!!

I dont mean hype as in untrue.Everyones just been on the LSX nuts lately,and they are incredible motors,but now Ford finally has a good powerplant to compete with em.

Damn I bet a lot of these swaps will be the future for Fox bodies! Bet the aftermarkets gonna be flooded with swap parts/kits soon. I know I want one!

That's good to know...... But if was running the RRS setup like he is I'd notch the shock towers for-shore.
