I owned 3 cars while in hs.. 98 gt,88gt, 98 camaro z28.. That was the dumbest thing i did was blowing all my money on cars lol.

I'd sell the 66. I'm sure that one needs the most money right?

I love my 66 to death bro I'm 21 and own 2 mustangs but ill tell u my 66 is a straight money pit. She stayed with me through the hard times when I was unemployed but barely. U can't sell Ur DD how u gunna get around, I drove ma 66 for 6 years as a DD but it wasn't easy. These cars are old and brake down offen trust me haha been there helluh times, there's no such thing as "finishing" an old skool cuz there's always somethin happening with these old mustangs haha. It's really up to you but jus something to think about? hope everything works out for you so you can keep them both [patriot]

If you need the money bad, sell one if not just park the 66 until you can afford to start working on it again.

Honestly, unless you're family is hurting for money I don't think you need to get rid of your cars. You're in high school and parent(s)/guardian(s) are taking care of your necessities. Although it sucks, just put the '66 project on hold and continue to drive your '93 until you're able to find a stable job that'll allow you to support your hobby.

On another note, if you really had to get rid of any of your cars, I'd say let the '93 go as a roller and throw the '93 motor into your '66 for the time being. Smog exempted FTMFW!

Sell the 66 to me lol

hey bro what ever you put in the 66 when u sell it u can make a major profit or worst to worst u can break even on it which i highly doubt, but you will never see what you put in to a 5.0

for example pops saw close to double of what he put in the 65 and my notch ill be lucky to break anywhere near even thats why it might be parted out later on and im putting to gather a 67 so i can see double if not triple of what i put in it

Like any vehicle, it depends how built... I've seen many go in the 15-30k range. It's not uncommon to see a fully stock, low mile (under 30k), showroom condition fox go for over 10k.

the ones you have seen go over 10k have not been beat and nor do they have over 40k on the milage not like the typical 5.0 mustang with 90% of them have milage over 85k and 75% of them have been beat so dont get me wrong the older cars have been beat also but what im am tryin to say is what ever you put in a 66 if you put the same amount in a fox you will see 3x the profit from the 66 then you would see from a fox

you are right. no real job. just plenty of side jobs, for example fixng electrical problems on foxbodys, complete interior swaps, 5-lug conversions, complete 5.0 conversions etc... lol(not spoiled at all)

true.. but the 93 engine wont benefit me in power.. my 66 has a rebuilt 302 .30 over with a mild cam.. it will leave my 93 anyday.. once i get it running though.. lol
