Seems this is the only way left to get in contact with you since; you won't answer me or my friends calls, won't respnd to texts, and deleted & blocked us from FACEBOOK...

Quick rundown of the situation: First met the guy at a cruise 2 years ago and he seemed like a real cool guy. He told me he had all types of disounts and tires for "Cheap". My friends nor I never recieved any discounts or tires for "Cheap" throughout our entire friendship..

Present Situation: About a month ago I let this guy come to my house to work on his car. I had work so I left him at my house. He called me 2 hours later and told me his starter went out when he left and that he had to go back to borrow (94Blk 5.0's) Jack and (My) Metric Sockets. I had no problem with that at all we always lend tools to eachother.

Now me and my friends have been trying to get these things back from him since both our cars have been down. I have a big exhaust leak and my buddy had his brake caliper fall off his daily driver.

The only time I have spoken to him was when I called his Girl. He won't answer anyone elses calls on his own personal phone. He has promised on 2 seperate occassions to bring the Jack/Tools and never showed and went missing as usual.

Summary: I feel really bad for having to do this but this is the last resort.. All I want is my stuff back and I don't have time to be chasing someone around. I go to school/work and spend my free time having fun..

What should I do: I have in my posession some of his stuff, (2) 95 Cobra's 17x10.5 black with 315 Tires, and his O' so famous "Deuces"...

List of people that I know of that he owes stuff to:

Heres the funny thing.. He told me to meet him at 5pm at his house.. Me and my buddy show up. he's a "NO-SHOW". Thats when I call his girl and she says he's inside the house.. We call him and he says he's in Dublin, "Lying"... Then he says he has to drop her off in Stockton and will bring the stuff by at 9pm... 11pm rolls around and he's still a "No-SHOW"..

Just So everyone is clear I did not pay him money for cobra fog lights. I had purchased those from TTop50 along with my cobra front bumper and hood. I have not put the bumper on yet as it still needs paint. I leave my parts at cali's house because he's family. A couple months later 94onduces gets a front cobra bumper that's cracked and bondos it together. He just takes my cobra foggies I had sitting on the shelf without even asking, and now is riding around with them. He even rigged them up to turn on with his yellows. I did not worry because he said he'll buy another set and I could have the set he buys, but that never happened. I still need the lights and mounting brackets which I'm sure I can find used. But if not, they can get a bit pricey buying new. But I'll worry when the time comes. I'm not sweating for foggies right now.

Now you say you got transferred to the goodyear in filmore. So we call thier, and guess what They never heard of you, you don't exist

Update: Yesterday I was playing around with the idea of posting his stuff up for sale. I even went the further step and got in contact with his girl through a text message.





After reading this I started to think that maybe this guy was in jail or something. He likes this girl a lot and it's odd for him not to keep in contact with her for a few days. Then at work yesterday a buddy tells me he ran into this guy at the MetroPCS store on Thursday 3/24 paying his bill.... So he is not in JAIL!! he's still roaming the streets ignoring me..

So the question is, "Time to sell"???

I really appreciate you "Mods" for making this a sticky.. That's what I have always been hoping for because everyone on this board needs to know the truth about this guy and the current situation before he tries to flip it and make us seem like the bad guys...

Update: Yesterday I was playing around with the idea of posting his stuff up for sale. I even went the further step and got in contact with his girl through a text message.



After reading this I started to think that maybe this guy was in jail or something. He likes this girl a lot and it's odd for him not to keep in contact with her for a few days. Then at work yesterday a buddy tells me he ran into this guy at the MetroPCS store on Thursday 3/24 paying his bill.... So he is not in JAIL!! he's still roaming the streets ignoring me..

So the question is, "Time to sell"???

Ive worked on calis car too a hand full of times no problem rain or snow even helped out sonic 96 when he asked no prob. I dont really care since im always down to help out when I can so lets keep it real. And for all to know deactivating is the proper term for the action I did on facebook since they dont have delete as option. And the reason I have a brand new phone isbecause I used insurace to swap mine out so the stalking fact just wasnt true. but at the end of the day if a friendship will end over something so small and dumb it wasnt real in the first place. Looking at this from the outside I can see both sides. You can be frustrated that you can't get in contact with him but honestly, if he was trying to rip you off why would he leave his property that's worth more in your garage? Sounds like a situation that got blown up out of frustration, hopefully you all can work it out. I don't blame the OP for being pissed off about his shit. I wouldn't wanna buy another Jack AND replace my other tools that where borrowed. Worse case I'd break down and buy another jack.
But I probably wouldn't sell the wheels.... I use them for the track or donuts. LOL


(BTW the guys on here talkin' tuff would probably be the last ones to really speak up about their shit. Just my .02 )

Why would you have just one jack in the first place? Me I have 3 jacks a reg,low profile,and a big one also 4 jackstands. And tools shit thats why u buy repeats of the damn tools I must have my tools repeated at least 3 times. Sell the wheels and buy urself a new set of tools and another jack or two. End of story and enjoy ur NEW set of tools and jack(s).
