That was from an episode of Cops from a year or two ago. Stupid ass drivers not paying attention. I like the chick, "We hit someone." Yeah, no shit.

If it was something minor he probably woulda let him go, but he had no Ls. Cant give em a warning.

I understand that. based on that stop, maybe just maybe the guy was on parole or probation, which would obviously be grounds for searching that vehicle and detaining the driver. It was just crazy how things work out.
