So what do you guys think of these gas prices?
Lets share where we buy our cheap gas from, i know i am not in the Bay Area so this won't really benefit me but i thought it would be helpful for others.

Even though the price of oil is going up, a lot of the higher prices has to do with what the oil companies want the consumers to buy it for. The more expensive the barrels of oil are, the greater the margin is (ie: if the oil companies make $1 for every gallon of gas at $50/barrel, then they will want to make $3 for every gallon at $100/barrel) the margin increased 3x the amount but the price per barrel increase only 2x (if that makes sense to u guys).. so thats how they make their money. They take advantage of what we hear on the news and make excuses for why they increase the prices like they do.

I'm staying as far away from gas as possible. To me that shit is the biggest waste of money ever. My mustang stays parked, unless the sun is out or I'm ready to have some fun. My Honda is a POS and I hate driving it because it's a POS. So I ride my bicycle, it's free, it gets me from point A to point B. plus I get a workout while I'm commuting. Fuck Gas. lol If I can build a 400hp steam engine that'll fit under the hood of my stang I'll do it . lol
sorry, my little gas rant.

Gas is creepin up........ I was on E and paid about 3.50 something today. As far as gas being expensive, we can thank Ca and the Feds for our gas taxes. I think they make more money on the tax then gas stations and oil companys.

The last partial fill up in the Raptor was $99. The tank is 36 gallons so if gas hits $4 a gallon, it would be $144 to fill it up if I ran it dry.
The truck actually has real time traffic/weather/gas prices but I've never actually used it. I just look out the windshield. Yep, rain. Traffic... check. Oh, there's a gas station... better put gas it in before I run out of dinosaurs.

Yeah i've kinda lost hope on gas prices going back down. Winter time is the time fuel is supposed to be cheap but now they are saying Winter time is when people go driving. We're just going to get screwed. When the economy fails again i hope something happens to lower it some.

There are more protests in the middle east brewing in oil rich countries, like Libya and Iran. I wont be surprised when gas hits 4.50 again this summer. Civic 1.5L 5sp FTW!!!

It's cheaper to fly to LA than to drive this past weekend. Flight cost $90 and a Tacoma cost $110.

Diesel is going up 10 cents a day up here.
I paid 3.89 for diesel on saturday morning and then sunday afternoon on the way home i paid 3.97 at the same station.
I wonder when the economy is going to collapse again like in 08. I think when 87 gets to 4 dollars a gallon and diesel is 5 dollars.

Come on people Obama will fix it all for you, its covered under the hope and change plan he promised.
I am using my cars less for errands, minimal trips, partially because of the rise in gas. If gas prices stay up during summer I might be trying to wakeboard in a row boat
