As selfish as it sounds, I need to think about myself for a change, rather than always trying to help others that don't appreciate it. Basically, in other words I need to do me....

Not a bad resolution. I am actually in the same boat. I am like the go to family member for everything. I will still be that, but I am gonna do more me stuff this year.

Thanks Luke & N8. I had a rough ending to 2010, & it made me realize that I spend too much time & energy trying to please others, rather than thinking about what makes me happy...

If he is dropping that shit to his chest like a pro then putting it up. thats impressive. hope not one of those those guys that comes in the gym that just cracks the elbows a little bit while making a big scene and then act like they just hit some weights.

You don't want it to bounce off your chest either, that's cheating.

Those that met me will tell you I am no small cat. With that being said, this is me right before a cruiserweight boxing match. I was a solid 200. I was trying to get to 500lbs on bench, but I have since gave up on that. Now I normally workout with 315 and call it a day (all the way down no bounce and I do not lie about my abilities ).
Now back to resolutions....

Well I can only bench that twice and trust me i go all the way down and i dont bounce it off my chest I'm in the gym six days a week about 1 1/2 hour at a time and i dont go in there to conversate or check out girls i go in there to strictly bust my ass and push my body to its limits. I would post a pic up without my shirt on but i find that a little homo. and n8 thats pretty bad ass man i wish i was in the four hundred club maybe after i put on a couple more lbs i went from 154(fighting weight) to 173 in about 8 months now im trying to reach 190 and put on as little fat as possible
