pick up the yellow pages n get a mobile auto lock smith should be about $100

you can call a lock smith they will come out and make u a key that will start it but wont be the exact key. charge like 60-80bucks
or
go to kragens or autozone get a new ingnition cylinder with key. 15-20bucks u will have to drill your old one out with a drill. it take some experience to drill out but anybody can do it with some patience. be careful not to damage the steering column housing its pot metal will chip very easy.

pin underneath you will have to drill it out

You can also get the door locks from autozone, and think you can even order the trunk lock
