Did anyone know that the Raptor is available as a Supercrew for 2011? That little fact put me over the top. The fact that the Supercrew tows 8000 lbs instead of only 6000 was an even bigger plus. I ended up at Folsom Lake Ford the other day to check one out. They had a fully loaded Supercab for $48k PLUS a $7k markup. It even had the stupid graphics package. No thanks.

It turns out that the Supercrew won't be available until the end of December. I started talking to the internet sales manager. He put together a great deal for me so I decided to special order one. Its going to take roughly 10-12 weeks to build it but I'm already counting the days. I should have a build date before long.

The following link is to an article with a good gallery. Its the same truck depicted... minus the stupid graphics, sunroof, and orange interior "upgrade".

It basically has everything else. The stereo is a monster 700 watt Sony 6 disc system with Sirius, MP3/memory stick plug in, and Sync. The seats are extremely comfortable, both heated and cooled (so I'm told). In case you can't tell, I'm ecstatic about the new rig!

Is anybody looking for a very clean '03 Harley Davidson pickup?

They're not really built for that but 6.7 seconds to 60 isn't bad for a 3 ton pickup.

The color is called Ingot Silver. It's new for 2011... the same as the one in the picture gallery.

Well, then it didn't happen. The truck hasn't even been built yet... 10-12 weeks. It could be a very happy birthday for me in early February.

Sick truck! It looks great in that silver color. I wanted one myself but figured the 6.2 would be out my range. I ended up buying a 2011 GT as my first new car purchase.
