I've seen this done plenty of times lol, there was actually a 87-93 coupe on craigslist with full 99-04 mach 1 interior in it about 2 weeks ago.

If you just want the dash, steering column and center console in, then you just need to transplant the steering boss from the SN95 to the fox. Cut and trim the center defrost vent out, because you'll need to locate the dash as far forward a possible for clearence issues with the inner door handles. There is more to it, but just much easier to explain with the actual parts.

And yes, I've done this.

If you want to keep the center defrost vent functional and incorporate the SN95 door panels, then you're looking at more work. Alot more work.
