Theres a phone number, usually the Nigerian ads dont have phone numbers and they have some random email address only. Like notanigerian@nigeria.com

Maybe his fax machine is hooked up. I got my fax hooked up at home and if I don't pick up the phone, you hear the fax machine.

Doesn't mean its a fake number/ad.
