I was at startbucks today off mission blvd/A st and officer seen some guy walking smoking and gave him a ticket...

I think its good... Dont think people should be smoking anyways

yea, I know in some cities, your not even allowed to smoke on your balcony of your apartments..lol..I dont smoke so it doesnt bother me

F that if I want to smoke I will thought this was a free country. And I don't smoke but man stuff like that come on now we don't have better things to worry about.

You know what I'm not down with democrats but this has been going on forever in davis you can't spit on the sidewalk and that has been like that for years. I'm not down with Obama by any means but he and the current administration are just continuing what has been going wrong with this country for years.

its a free country, BUT. I have been around people who smoke in front of little kids at events and confined areas. if it is affecting someone else, then it is an issue.

I feel you kids yeah my dad smoked around us since day one but if I'm alone no kids around or in my own yard or balcony then there is no way in hell I should not be allowed to smoke. Again I don't smoke but come on now.

Don't bother me none. Good actually! Maybe some of the people I've been trying to get to quit for the longest time will be more motivated now [Smile] I don't like em smoking anywhere near my son. Whether it's in the garage or whatever. He could still smell that shit... He be tellin em himself "save more money & health!"
