Just picked a 64 1/2 and yes it is a real one generator all. I plan on the future to put a 302 and 5 spd in it later on but I'm gunna stick with the 164 crazy HP 260 :-)
You will be seeing It at cars shows soon once I get the motor back together

So it looks like an early '64 with AC and center console. It looks like a pretty well optioned car. I guess they removed the quarter panel trim when they painted it. Have you decoded the data tag? What was the production date?

$2K was an absolute steal. I guess it needed some engine work that she wasn't willing or able to get done.

hahha i have been driving it and the 260 is sooooooo slow lol. Definitly down for a race from 0 to 25 lol. It has all the little 64 stuff too. It's got the vents for the battery the different hood the holes underneath the seats that is only 64 1/2 has. The generator and what not. The 5 bolt bellhousing. The hard line to the distributor along with a grease hole.
