no xlpode and jack will act differently in each person. I know for me those are both no bueno. I was lifting like a mad man, but it definitely has an effect on my body I didnt like. You can feel the stuff. Feels hella unnatural.

I agree with nate I can handle the full dose but a coupleof my buddys do half doses and say they love it so maybe that can help you out if you do decide to go with jack 3D
