Fellas, I have a couple of pictures of my coupe saved & i've wanted to share with yall but never really had a chance to upload 'em(dont have a computer LOL).

Well heres a few shots before the engine comes out and I start preping it for paint (undecided on color still).

[patriot] Its time, the engine bay was completly molded minus the side frame rails (enige was in) last year and needs to be sprayed the same color as the car.

The paint/body has seen better days. But, when it was a daily driver it took some abuse. Being that most of the chips & dings where done back then has definatly made me less meticulous on enjoying it, driving it, or takin out for sure.

Its doing fine, running like a champ!

After I did that 9.90 pass I ran it once more @ night but let off since I saw the board and the time wasnt any better then my first pass... The next day I checked my plugs and its running TITS. Slapped em right back in & changed the oil!

Alex, Im debating between two colors. The only thing is the work Im gonna have cut out for me prepping all the extra areas if i change colors.

Yea, as soon as you posted that up... it caught my attention so quick, I couldnt turn the other way lol. I got them bad boys PLAYA price! I sold the brand new nittos & wrapped regular KDWS up front, DRs in the rear.

^ Thanks man... It nothing fancy. Rattle can high filler primer then light coat w/ black.

It still not done when the engine comes back out Im taking off the sway bar mounts and doing the frame rails aswell. Still some work cut out for me!

You know what Im talking about...? That white is something else, I straight up fell in love with it. This color (copper / shinny penny /burnt orange) stands out alot. Unlike that pearl white... nothing flashy on a regular gloomy day in the bay, but in the sun its a different story man. Damn, im might jus do it that lexus white. Only thing fucking with me is hitting this car w/ a 80 grit piece of sandpaper lol!

other way around... my coupe was sitting on Rks because I felt like that before I got them [Wink]

Would I trade the I-forged for the RKs? Maybe not since they may be worth more. But do I think the RKs would look better? YES [Big Grin] then again, if your current wheels were polished, it would be a toss up, lol.

I do think your car looks great as is however.

Luke I agree totally on your rim selection but only because your coupe was white, and the wheels being chrome made it looked bad ass! I dont think the color i have would look good with any solid polished or chrome wheel (thats just my opinion/stlye). To each their own... none the less I wouldnt mind owning / borrowing a set of plasmas [Big Grin] . Thanks man, it means alot from a guy that HAD a nice coupe [Razz] .

Believe me, cafords street cred is one of the most important things in my life. That is why the Cobra is getting painted Lime Green Metallic and getting 20" chrome R's with 4.5" tips. I have to fit in!

Whatever color you pick judging from the one you have now i bet it will be just a nice or nicer. Love seeing your car in person , pictures are cool though. Seeing yours makes me wanna put my 347 together that much more.

I agree with you one-hundred percent. Ive done it in the past along w/ several dyno pulls and back up pulls. Its been through six maybe seven bottles w/o altering the tune at the same hp level. Theres actually a 'safe/rich' fuel pill in it now. BTW I wanted to thank you again for that picture, right on man. [patriot]

The car has two fuel lines running from the stock tank.

A -8 line feeding the motor, then a -6 to the regulator and carb after the mechanical fuel pump.

A -6 line coming out the tank and into a holley blue pump all the way to the regulator & feeding the fuel soleniod.

The carb was setup by PROSYSTEMS specifically for my setup(best thing I ever did to let Patrick fuck with it lol).

THNX!! I too wish I could have been standing close to my car when the light turned green lol. I know for sure streakmatt & DUMPD04 had some nice views especially Matt he was right behind the right hand lane.

Man, the other day I realized my right rear shock is no longer working the way it should, most likely had something to do with the car yanking me to the left both times I launched that day.

The rear suspension is pretty typical drag stuff, adjustable upper and lowers w/ strange shocks and stock springs.

Luke, the clutch is from promotion. Let me tell you this is the best clutch I have ever owned and will certainly buy another from them when the time comes.
