He will have about 2500 . Will he be able to find anything decent in terms of a fox 5.0? either a notch back or LX? He has started looking but I wouldnnt feel comfortable with him buying somthing he found lol He was like "ill take a salvaged title f it".... Uhmmm No... I personally dont like that idea... so again will it be possible to find a nice clean title fox for 2500? Or should I have him put the 2500 into my 67,and let him have that and either we work on it ourselves or just drop it off at aed? the 67 will need to be dialed in. needs new suspension and a rear end IMO(not that its broken, but because its the stock weinie rear end from 67). It has disc brakes up front already, has edlebrock a cam, intake manifold carb, head man headers and was rebuilt a few yrs back but that might have been back in 2000 [Confused] . It just needs some heads and to be dialed to liven her up motor wise. Oh and It only weighs 2700 lbs or so [Wink]
The 67 doesnt break down and has been reliable other than the first yr we had it the power steering hose kept busting, but hasnt happened since that first yr once we found the fix for it.

thanks in advance guys [patriot]

how old is he? If I had a younger brother shopping for a first car I'd try really hard to talk them out of a foxbody as their first car, for safety.

go for the 67, any money put into it is easily returned in the future, and no smog to worry about.

Only thing i can forsee in the future as a problem is sharing drive time once it's completed.
