How many people on the board golf and where? I just started playing last year and I am not good by any means, but damn I have fun playing. Weather like today is perfect and makes me wish I knew more people who played... nothing like relaxing, drinking a beer and smoking a stogie while chasing that little white ball!!! [Whoo Whooooo!]

I would not consider myself a golfer, but I go with colleagues to the range/course in San Ramon. I am beast at the driving range..lol

I played at Cherry Island last week... shot a 58 on the front 9, so definitely nothing to brag about... those damn par 5's eat me up every time. I need to learn how to hit my fairway woods and 1-5 iron better, but I am beast with the 6 and 9 iron.

I can honestly say I'm probably up there with tiger woods...but with them hoes off the course..haha I just go to the range up in foster city but have yet to play a round.

i just started to play also. golfed about 8 times or so and havent shot under a 100 yet. but like you said: go out with some friends, have some beers, and a nice cigar.
