I was actually talking to someone about this exact video last week. He said its a common thing that happens on smooth dyno's without grip on their spinny thingy. lol

Yup he's local I heard he flipped over the car a while back.

The vid is from WAY back in the day. That pull was on the dyno at APEX when Bill Kiser owned APEX. That was also back when APEX was a good shop...lol
