Can I get my class B license taken away for getting two speeding tickets in 12 months? Does anyone know the law or how many points come with a speeding ticket? Cause I know a commercial driver gets 1.5 points more then a regular driver.

Depends how fast you were driving and the speed limit anything over 20 mph Above the speed limit is 2 points

im a commercial driver to and i think were allowed 3 points before they take the license

I don't remember what it was. Man that sucks you got a ticket, fight that shit everytime by mail. I just beat my moms speeding ticket 40 in a 25. She juzt got the letter last night.
