id go Vortech for the fact that the kennebell is non inter-cooled. also those motors like to spin and that where a centrifugal superchargers shine.

Vortech or Procharger. Vortech is a tried and true setup that works really well.

Procharger is more $$$ but comes with an inner cooler

if you're happy with instant torque and being limited to 360rwhp, go with the kennebell..otherwise best bet is a centri blower.
kenne bell on anything other than the new edges suck ass.

Go with a vortech tuner kit, then add the necessary fuel/electronic components. That way you don't waste money on the crap they give you with the kit. I've been out of the game a while, so I don't know too much about the new V-3 system.

But here's my setup on my 98 4V:
V-1 S-trim w/ GT impeller
3.33 Pulley
42lb injectors
T-rex fuel pump
AFM powerpipe
Pro-M 80 MAF
Kenne Bell Boost-a-Pump
Accufab adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Tune

The GT-impeller and 3.33 pulley makes it spool up almost as quick as a KB. Makes about 11-12lbs of boost at 6200rpm. Conservative tune, rev-limiter at 6500 to save the block.

I've had it on about 6 years/60000 miles. Just now the supercharger bearings went out, so I have to send it in for a rebuild.

I have a Vortech with aftercooler (new in box) possibly for sale. I've had it in my garage for a couple years and not sure if I want to put it on my track only Cobra.
