Stangers did any of you read the Jan issue of 5.0 Mustang? There was a 2010 GT500 test on both a Mustang Dyno (Loaded) vs. a DynoJet (inertia). They ran the GT500 on both dynos on the same day. I’m pleased with the difference. The article claims about 14% and greater based on higher HP/TQ numbers. The difference increases is proportionate to the output. For the test they used a 2010 GT500. On the DynoJet it turned 475Rwhp and 456Rwtq on the Mustang Dyno, the GT500 turned 407Rwhp and 415 Rwtq. Very interesting to say the least.
I’m please with the numbers especially since my car was last on a Mustang Dyno setup. If the numbers are correct then I already achieved my goals. My car was easily making 470rwhp/455rwtq on a Mustang dyno, now if the article holds water it should come in around 550rwtq/530rwhp on the DynoJet. Don't hate. We will know for sure, once I get the car to AED and let Shaun take a crack at it:-)

Just get it dyno'd and less us know what it turns. Only thing worse than bench racing is dyno bench racing, LOL

LOL. It's just an interesting article that makes some assumptions.
