the lawsuit was about handicap accessibility, the place is seriously a hole in the wall probably only ten seats at a bar that overlooks the whole kitchen.
ibelieve its on fruitridge way east not far from the track.

and let's be honest about her "handicap"...she's an obese person and needs to be in a wheel chair because she can't walk...and even if they had a ramp, she wouldn't fit in the seats as it is....

the lawsuit came from a group of people that would go around suing places that weren't handicapped accessible.
they are moving pretty much right down the street next to subway...
