I saw a pair of Brodix SBC heads that came off a race motor that had a severe, high RPM blow up. One head looked like it was damn near broken in half, it was cracked and every chamber was damaged. Since the heads had a few thousand bucks into em he had them repaired, they came back looking good. You could still see spots where they had work done but they ran just as good.

Damn that's crazy. Brodix heads are pricey though. I'm sure cost-wise it was cheaper to repair otherwise that company in the video wouldn't get much business.

that's some awesome work right there. and clearly there must be a market for that type of repair. and they only work on brodix heads...

i wish i knew who was fixing heads like that a few years ago when i pretty much gave away some gt40-x heads because they what turned out to be minor work that needed to be done due to a couple of pistons exploding.
