how long would it take to pull my motor in drive way.?what to pull first and what doesnt neccesarly needs to come off to save time.im doing this because my car decided to sneeze and blow a freeze plug.input appreciated thanks.

should not take any more then 3-4 hours of work. start at the bottom undoing the exhaust and work your way up top. to save time pull the whole motor/trans as one. assuming this is for a 5.0L

hey thanks fellas, yes as u mentioned it is for a 5 liter.and i do plan on replacing all freeze plugs oil pan gasket. and rear main seal.just not sure if its 2 piece but i read it may be 1 piece for sure.

taking out the engine should be 2 hours max
