I have been reading up/ looking into this fitness program p90x. Has anyone used it or know someone who has with result?or maybe copies they can sell me? They have a lot of videos on YouTube about how drastic their change is with p90x

I know a couple of guys that did and if worked well for them. They stuck pretty close to the diet routine and I think was key part to the accomplishments they got

It works I did it for the first two months and slacked off the third one. I did shave off 25lbs and they are still gone though. If you follow the diet and workout you will be happy

It works. I still use the core exercise portion. I actually have it on my computer. Which reminds me I have to burn copies for people.

I've seen some on craigslist but I figured you can always get a better deal on cafords than on CL [Big Grin] but you can add me on that list n8 ..lol.. For reals though how much [Big Grin]

Shit I wouldnt charge for something I got for free myself. But I live in Stockton so you'd have to come get it. Actually it will cost you a king-sized peanut butter twix and a diet pepsi. [Big Grin]

Cleaned it out. Yea you guys may be able to find a dload somewhere. But it is like 8gb, if you get a rapidshare account with a IDM or something you can dload it in a reasonable amount of time. If folks feel like driving to stockton and bringing a diet pepsi and King Sized PB twix, I can hook it up.

I think I might be down for a road trip since I'm going to be going that way..I'll get ur twix and soda lol..but yeah it looks like it's a great program but it's everyday right? Gotta be REALLY determined to stay 90 days straight..can't wait to give it a try. If anybody tries it post progress pics

yeah its a real good program that anyone can do. if its too east, add weight. simple

its not really a strict diet though. just push yourself during the workouts and eat healthy. [patriot]

My Crew Boss at my basic Academy brought his P90X DVDs in and we did them all they are pretty badass workouts.
