check tranny mount

I'd start at the driveline, a throw out bearing wont cause it to shake. Your trans could be shot and have damage inside but I'm willing to bet the driveline is your problem. Does the car vibrate when you rev the engine at a stop? I had a clutch that had cracked and lost a chunck of the disc causing a vibration too.

Check your driveline then, also it could be a tire if its at higher speed.

It could be making all that noise and vibrations n shit from a tire??

I'm just throwing the tire thing out there. If you have a tire on the rear causing a shake it will work its way up through the rear end and up the driveline. I've chased many weird issues like this and it could be a number of things.

Ok so we got it up on the lift and there are 4 bolts holding the driveshaft to the rear differential and 1 of them was almost out and the other 3 were loose...we tightened them and the noise stopped

pretty typical, if you didn't - take them back off again and put threadlocker on the bolts so they won't back out again.
