dam gotta tell my friends it's available for download since their 360 is modded. guess im going to play modern war fare 2 on xbox first since I don't own one yet.

just pray you dont get caught... known a few people that have gotten console bans due to playing games before release date.

+1 another of my friends just got the 86 over the weekend. I am thinking it has something to do with linking your gamertag. He just setup his Forza account then the next day boom. Last time this happened my friend was playing Halo 3 waaay before it came out and he was doing something with his gamertag online. Next day...boom. ban.

when playing games early you must stay off the servers.i played forza 3 for like 2 weeks before it came out.i would log into live and actually play the game but i wouldnt log into any of the online forza stuff.another thing i do is set all my played games/achievements to blocked.(i dont know if this actually helps but it makes me feel better.)ive been playing 90% of the games that came out for the last couple years early and have never got banned.

I jus beat the story mode clean and about the gettin banned havrin your achevements set before the release date

my friends box got banned a while back when the first up date came out, the update was to detect most xboxes modded. he ended up trading it in at game crazy, and mooding another one. [Big Grin]
