I got pulled over a month ago and the chp said he seen me take a right hand turn on a no turn on red light, it took him a few miles to catch up to me he says, and no i wasn't speeding at all, makes me think "where the F**k did he come from or how did he see me" anyways he walked around my car 3 times, tried to get me on everything he could, he told me to roll up my windows and everything so he gave me a ticket for no turn on red and NO WINDSHIELD WIPERS!! what a fucking dick he was, he was asian so maybe if i was in a honda he would have let me go WTF! i have court tomorrow [Frown]
anyway How could he have seen me when it took him two miles to get up behind me, how can i fight and win this ticket? any idea's?

Don't bother with wondering how he could have seen you. He saw you. If you start talking about there is no way the cop could have seen you to the judge, the judge will make up his mind before you finish your sentence. Get to the no turn on red. Are there signs up in easy to read locations? If not, take some pictures at the same time of day as your ticket. Is there anything that could have been in the way of a no turn on red sign? How big are the signs? How high or low are they? If you make a big stink about the turn violation, and tell the judge you were in the wrong for the tint, he'll take that into consideration. Don't try to get off scott free, you should fall on the sword for the tint to try and avoid the moving violation.

Do a trial by written declaration.

Douchebag probably wont have enough time to write his theory of why you were speeding or whatever the hell you did.
