i added up all the numbers and list of things for my car to be complete to my standards and be done properly this sucks lol da** 4v exspensive !
5,200 for everything else i need new from american muscle plus AED tuning it for the zex kit
a fox the parts would be half the price and half the labor its discouraging.

I know what you mean, On the other hand I once added up what it would cost to build my dream fox from top to bottom and it was almost 100k for everything... If I won the lotto, all you guys would love this fox.
Someday..........someday.......

I have been driving foxes from 1997-2009.
I sold my last fox in March '09, bought a DOHC Cobra, and I don't think I will ever own a fox again...
Only Mustang I see myself in one day besides a Cobra is a 67-68 Coupe.

foxes are cool and easy to build. hell thats why i bought the one in my garage. mod for mod though you will get more out of a 4v and have better driveability. however dollar for dollar its easier to build the fox.

I like my 4v as a daily driver that I don't really want to mess with.
But I love working on my foxbody coupe, not many cars on the road, let alone sold within the past decade, can compare to a 2900lb car with 500rwhp, 13"/12" brakes, and have a super stiff chassis with great handling for less than a $5k investment.

oh I hope not! Shit I'll be happy if my can keep up . The car is going to be more street based than anything though nothing like having all that power anytime instead of just at the track.
