is the truck a svt truck as well?

Posted by g-ride14 (Member # 9143) on :

nope. just a regular chevy ford or dodge truck. dont you have a 94 cobra?

What colors are the Cobra's. I would take the 97/98 over the 95, but all 3 would be nice to have. The color & condition would be what would make me decide....

Yes I do, but I am partial to the 5.0 motor. But I have a 96-98 bumper on mine [Big Grin]

But Id go 5.0 motor. Easier/cheaper to mod.

the 97 and 98 are black on black in ok condtion and the 95 is white on black in really good condition. im just trying to figure out 5.0 vs mod motor, just roll in a truck. i hate trying to deside shit

well, the 97/98 32V motor will be much faster in stock form, but I like white more than black, especially if the black is starting to fade. White still looks good even when its starting to fade, but the black from those years gets the clear coat peel pretty bad, especially on the bumpers if it wasn't treeated well...

That being said, I would go for the 95... They are more rare than the 96-98's anyway. How many miles are on each of them?

my cars will never see a track...lol. I am a more show than go type of cat. But mine has nice power. I have never had a 97-98 so I cannot compare. But I do like my cobra. And it being a 50 makes it nicer IMO. I do not run into many 94-95 cobras these days.

I would rather have a 5.0 with that type of mileage than a 32V. I had a black 96 GT & with only 70k on the clock, the front bumper had some pretty bad clear coat peel by the headlights. But if the car was garaged, & waxed regularly, it should be ok... My rio red 97 Cobra's paint was still clean though even with 100k miles, but I think it might have been repainted a one time...

If you are a home owner a truck is a must. Mine is getting old and up there in miles. But as a home owner it is a great investment.

Dude...just get mine [Wink] Some people have seen it in person and its clean..I personally think its one of the cleanest I've seen and I'm real picky about cosmetics. Yea, it got some miles on it (about 145k now), but its a daily driver thats never been to the track, never AutoX'ed (I never got around to bringing it out), its white with BLACK interior (rare from what I've seen out there), and its a 302 5.0L!

You cannot go wrong bro [Whoo Whooooo!]

yea i know yours is hella clean. probley one of the cleanset looking sn95 i have ever seen. plus only like 490 came with that paint combo. i just hate how it has all those miles. i drive alot from camp pendelton to the bay and i would hate to just keep racking them up. i probley will get it tho. a replacement motor for that is hella cheap.
