Need to get a 347 tuned in the bay area... Peninsula would be great. Was thinking NextGen or NewTech in Hayward. Any recommendations?

I've seen both but I'm not exactly in the know. I would suggest contacting Jai (Mr. Stallion) he can tell you about it for sure.

They tune SCT and have lots of experience with mustangs! They are 40 minutes north of the Golden Gate.

Thx for the replies... The only other place I was thinking was Dito's Motors on Old Mission road in south city. Don't know much about them though.

I double checked with Jai, all tunes are done in house.

That guy wanted to charge me like over 600.00 to tune my N/A 347. even though I already had an SCT chip!

I guess it all depends how well your car is running. Sometimes people may have faulty parts. I for example went in for a tune but didn't know that my massair was pegged at 5400rpms and injectors went up to 100%DC. That can add time to tuning and troubleshooting. I'm sure if everything is running tip top then I could see it a little less. I think that is the going rate with all tuners. The price of a chip and whatever time it will take to tune. Some cars will tune easier than others. I have seen great work from this shop otherwise I would not recommend them. Also heard great things about the other shops listed above.

+3. They're the only guys who do SCT and Diablosport in Northern Cali. I'll be making the haul down there to get my GT tuned when it comes time [burnout]
