And to top it off a flat tappet cam with specs that are geared towards a stock 302 [Roll Eyes] That thing should have a forged crank and pistons, H beams, brand name heads and a roller cam with near .600 lift for that price.

Yeah, I have always been against buying a motor that makes less HP than it has displacement. It should be no problem to make way more HP easily with a 408. If you want to spend 7g's then there is a crazy sick 342 (?) stroker on corral.net built by a racing legend. A good 600hp motor and its set to run on pump gas. I always look at the ad and dream but you could make it a reality.....

buy drews motor out of his 94, throw it in a no optioned coupe with some slicks and skinnies.
