New bench press max 450lbs [Big Grin] .... I think I am giving up on benching 500lbs. I am dropping weight hella fast and usually some of that strength goes with that. But I think that is a good feat for a 6'1" 210 pound old man.

Oh yea and I am currently not on any supps, so that makes it a extra big feat for me.

Why are you dropping weight? Are you trying to lose it by changing diet?

Anytime I change up my workout regiment I tend to drop weight. Which now I am playing more hoop during the week and cardio. I like my size now so it will be a battle to maintain it (my weight)

I already do own a gun or 2.

Good work...i hit 335 last week but i am taking Nitrix, SizeOne, and GNC Profermance AMP protein supps...TTT for goin that high w/o supps...

I am scared to try chest again for a while.....The pain I am feeling is intense. That is why I say 500 is out the question for me.

wow congrats!!! now is this a real bench when you touch your chest and then push it up or when you go down a inch or two and then put it back on the rack lol.... jk. i see guys put like 300 pounds on and go down a inch or two and then are so excited thinking they benched it.

Funny you say that, but I do touch my chest. Actually I do my reps ridiculously slow too, even when I can toss it around. I had a bad experience when I was tossing around 3 plate and hit the return and it fell on my chest. So every since then I go really damn slow. So slow in fact that one guy thinks I can hit 500 if I speed it up. but fuck that. I need to feel like I am controlling the weight. Never want that to fall on me.

J you a fool for that. I do that too my wife. She has a habit of saying phrases that have Do do back to back and I always start laughing and say "you said doo doo".

Hey N8 I'm sorry but I had to laugh at this one!!! I'm glad your ok but damn dropping the weight on the chest sounds messed up!! Congrats on the lift but you dont want to look like Arnold droopy when you get 60 LoL
