I feel the same. Iono bout erryone else but I'm actively tryna change it. I'm startn 2 organize more events and try 2 get back the community feeling. Would like to see those senior members helpn out too. Site has had its ebb & flow over the years. I'm sure some of these guys will grow up

im not one to bash anybody on here at all i usually dont post unless its fairly meaningful or usefull. but i have noticed alot of this lately and i just tend to not spend alot of time in general mostly ford salle and tech talk now....until this fad passes i guess

In all actuality if this thread helps even one member to slow down the gumming up of the board the ripple effect could be quite impressive. So I don't see how it is useless. It was posted to bring attention to the quality of the board recently.

Rather than blame moderators for not babysitting everyone like in high school so much, it would be nice if some people didn't need to be baby sat to begin with. I, like everyone, have posted about dumb ass things and still will I'm sure, but the bombardment of what has been puked onto the board just seems to be getting out of hand.

I'm not calling any one person out either, as I don't even know the screen names of who posts what. I don't even look or care who,...just saying it's like a garbage dump in general talk. If people want to still do it, then whatever. I'm no body and can do nothing about it but look into other message boards to frequent. [patriot]

well I can say one thing, it is not entirely easy to run a board or moderate a board. I run a couple of online communities and one that has well over 10k active members and sometimes it is a pain in the ass. Let alone pay for everything, perfomr maintenance, add features....blah blah. I think people should learn to police themselves. Like me for instance. I have become some what controversial here for my outspokenness so I am making an effort to stay out of political, race and now donut threads. Thus policing myself and not contributing to the downfall of the board.

I feel the site is only a product of its peers because the younger guys seem to all be cool with each other so they have fun on the site me included but the og's of the site act shady & stuck up alot of the times. Now I'm not saying all the veterans on here are shady but alot are. The new guys talk come meet up & hell I met alot of the new guys I guess & most are real cool but the veterans only talk to themselves. Open this S**t up maybe if we all would get together & stuff their would be more respect on here & less hating?? I'm down to chill & meet anyone on here, Hell we our supposed to all have love for the Mustang anyways. I dont mind any of the stuff on here because its funny to me. So veterans who feel the sight has dropped lead by example & show the new guys how the thread should go?? Times changes things, Either keep up & evolve or SHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! I can say one thing, I would be hesitant to meet up with certain groups because of their tendency for immaturity (or as perceived by their behavior on the board). Plus I would hate to be the oldest person in a group. Old farts unite!

I think its the complete opposite. The new guys are shady/weird and the veterans are normal.

So prior to the last 2 years I NEVER had those ridiculous calls, nor the what is the lowest and low ball offers.

Look at my parts for sale posts they are ALWAYS so low that I sell the shit instantly.

Dunno....just seems no one cares enough to call during normal hours and to conduct themselves well on the phone....
