check the vent in the back of the fridge that lets the cold air go into the fridge it might be stuck closed or broken...

It just needs to be defrosted.
Our shop fridge does the same thing. It gets iced up in the back, defrosting melts all the ice (nice large puddle under the fridge when we're done) & she works as good as new again.....till it ices up again. LOL

I had the same issue on a fridge and it was the circulation fan quit. It makes plenty of cold air but won't move it anywhere.
