for those of you that dont know much about this stuf, most riders can hit about 100mph in a 40mph corner.

Like i said, anyone can hit 150+ on a straightaway, with a small lil teeenie weenie turn boohoo and spectators watching [Roll Eyes]

The vid i posted is out in open traffic, unexoected road conditions, traffic is medium also.

PS - Not encouraging you fools to go out there and start knee dragging in heavy traffic or anything [Wink]

you and i both know those guys were total amitures, bouncing on both sides of the road for starters and starting to lean to soon resulting in standing the bike back up and riding in the sholder just to make turns.
talking to you on a couple ocassions i assume you are a decent rider, but for you to say that you think these amitures are to be put on a pedestal for there stupidity is outrageous!

I don't disagree, the original video is cool and all but you put some of the experienced riders on a closed circuit track with a freshly paved road with a cleared path; and a pack of spectators watching, you are bound to take your bike redline.

Whereas when you are smashing through the twisties, hitting corners, not knowing what to expect, shitty road conditions, oncoming traffic, going 200km/h = 125-130mph is more fun and entertaining to watch.

Now i assume you are a decent rider also, but you say the guys in the vid are bouncing back and forth... Obviously they would, they are on no damm track or a closed circuit road, they are left with split-second decisions with gravel all over road not knowing what to expect on the next turn. You can clearly see oncoming cars/trucks.

2nd, you say they are hittin the corners too soon? Hmm, watch the first few turns closely, a trained rider knows to use the "out-&-out" technique. Which is, enter the turn from the outside and exit the turn to the outside; thats what they are doing. Again, keep in mind, this is on the street, cars are always moving.

amitures are to be put on a pedestal for there stupidity is outrageous!

Definetly not, but to me its more entertaining to watch some shit that you may most likely to encounter then some shit on the track/closed circuit.

BTW in that video, watch closely and pay attention from 2:43 to 3:15, these riders aint no rookies, they are definetly experienced riders.

Watch at 3:12 and pay attention, you will see the bike slide (rear tire skid) and the riders just keeps going again at 3:35 [worship] [worship]

The rider filimg is sliding all over the road through those turns and still kept it up.

I say pretty damm experienced, even though it belongs on the track. (thats why i said, my motivational video, not many can do shit like that on the streets).

ON EDIT - When i say motivational; i meant to say, whenever i dont feel like riding, i just watch this video, the next thing you know im already out in the twisties :-p
