What kind of toyota? I had the same thing happen to my '88 Corolla GT-S, I thought the 4-AGE was a pretty sturdy little motor 'til then. What caused this on your car?

the 4age is a pretty good motor..my friend has a 20v 4age in his ae86..it has seen 9000rpm plenty of times..and is still holdin up like a champ..he still gets burnt by me tho
