I've had a rotation where I was in the trauma/ER and it was a very slow afternoon. It was a straight up delight to see a mid 40's guy come in with an erection and I knew the day just got better. (no homo)

After asking normal questions. Turns out he had really bad hypertension and had a prescription for marijuana because he couldn't sleep. (That's what they all say) Apparently he was having himself a fun time and that turned out to be 5 hours too long. Drugs + stress + viagra don't mix very well.

I was hoping they would have to bust out the needle and drain the sucker since I've only read about it online and never seen the procedure but it turns he had ischemic priapism and only needed an icepack.

Funny thing was he walked in with a female that was not his wife.

LOL, a friend of mine tried it once when he was drunk. He ended up disappearing for the next 5 hours or so upstairs with his GF. Found out later that night that most of the time was spent with him stuck up there with a hard on that wouldn't go away. So god damn funny!
