This guy said he worked for APEX. I bought an xcalibrator II from him last spring and I used it for obd2 code checking no prob. Well, I'm ready to have my car dyno tuned and the damn thing is Vin locked!! Whether or not he intended to burn me who knows. If anyone knows where he works now please let me know so I can give him a chance to make it right.
His cell number had changed. He is Latino, shorter and drives a blue and white Saleen s281. Thanks

Call TPS motorsports in cambell, I think the owner of apex opened that up, maybe someone there can point you in the right direction.

you can unlock it yourself. download the program off sct's website.

What is the device status when you bring it up? If the status is "Stock" then you can unlock it from the SCT web site. If it says "Aftermarket" then you need to call SCT and have them unlock it.
