i did mine 2 years back... was worse than my shoulder surgery. All 4 were tough. 2 were compacted and 2 were deep. So much so he was only able to pull one with no issue, other 3 were split before digging to get them out [Frown]

i looked i like a fricken chipmunk.

make sure you have extra pillow cases.

Make sure you watch what you eat and wash your mouth out with salt water....You don't want a dry socket those are supposed to be painful.
