I want to figure out what my comp ratio is going to be. the pistons are 9.5-1 with a 64cc head and my heads are 58cc's. how would i got about figuring this out? or if somone knows this off the top of thier head feel free to let me know. [patriot]

Is it zero-deck? What is the thickness of your head gasket?

i have no idea about the deck. the thickness if the gasket is .039.

Assuming they are flat top pistons with a 64CC head volume and 9.5:1 compression, also assuming they are not zero decked (0.016 below deck)

With a 58CC cylinder chamber volume wth .039 head gasket

.021 Head Gasket
~10.4:1 for 302ci
~10.5:1 for 306ci

.039 Head Gasket
~9.88 for 302
~10.0 for 306
