It was about 10:30pm and i was driving down Alvarado Niles and by the crown plaza hotel there was cops fron hayward, fremont, union city and not to mean or anything but there was like 200 african american teens just walking around. Does anyone know?

Ther was a high speed chase that began in hayward and they got on the freeway n ended up wher u saw them.I heard it over my scaanner. i dont know what kind of car it was....

Yea their was a high speed we herd the high speed I was in hayward that's y we got the scanner out. and I guess they end up in alvarado .The scanner is my buddies but that thing is dope you here all kinds of stuff on theirs guy was running down the street with no shirt on yelling lol wonder what he was on.haha
