just wondering if anyone nedds a loan modifacation on their house payments to lower their payment and stop the interest on their bill cause ive been doing alot of them and alot of people ive been helping out. they are way more happy now they can afford alot more things cause they have a lowered house payment and no interest so just let me know or PM me if interested i can hook you up thanks

This is just my opinion on people who quote themselves as loan mod experts. I work at a bank and have seen to many people get screwed over by them because they will take money upfront and then guarantee the person in trouble NOTHING. Right before Thanksgiving I had to inform a customer that they have already lost their house, and this was after they paid $3000 dollars upfront. I think the money would have been better used to either a bk attorney, or maybe making payment arrangements with the bank first. Instead he was told to purposely miss your payment in order to get the process started. I know whenever people miss payments to try to get the banks to work with them, it takes away the banks ability to offer certain terms vs. people who have missed payments. I think its important that if someone is going to do modification work, that they need to get paid after the work is finished. Because you can get your loan modified, but its almost a 3-6 month process due to the high volume of foreclosures.

Based on how you reacted to initial questions and a little scrutiny, how exactly are you going to react when the bank tells you no or to call back in two weeks, or that your fax never came through, or we dont have that form.
